Hey everybody!
soooooo, lets see...
Maus is a very interesting comic/graphic novel. I have this wierd thing with the Holacaust; I find it very interesting and I like learning about it. Don't get me wrong, i'm totally NOT for it or anything. I just think its ridiculously ludicrous that mass genocide can exist for so long without anyone doing anything about it; or even exist at all for that matter.
Hmmm.... so what to write about??
I find the whole animal analogies to be very intriguing. As well as the transition from that to masks and back to animals. This whole book is pretty ironic so perhaps I will write about irony in general. Is that ironic???
I will for sure relate back to McCloud (haha, that guy looks like Harry Potter!)
That comic explanation pretty much sums up a lot of the reasoning behind Maus.
So this is pretty vague, but i'm still rolling ideas around in my head...
